Runes
I'm not doing any fancy stuff like showing pictures of runes and stuff. It's literally above this.
Phase Rush
Phase Rush will allow you to take quick trades and run away. If you ult, E, and Q you can run away at max speed. Take Manaflow band because you kinda really need it (you can take nimbus cloak but don't), celerity because fast, and waterwalking because fast. You can also take scorch if you want but you won't go as fast.
You want to take either Domination or Inspiration.
You take inspiration into poke and take biscuits and approach velocity.
You take domination into everything else and take Cheapshot and Relentless or Ultimate hunter.
PREADTORYYY
You take Predator because it's funny and also you go fast. Take cheapshot, Eyeball, and ultimate or relentless hunter. Take Sorcery second with manaflow band and celerity.

this one is kinda eh. it's funny as well, but it's not as good. Take Glacial to slow, hextech flashtraption to flash, biscuits because you need them now, and approach velocity. Take sorcery second and take nimbus cloak and celerity.
