She has Talons mobility with a slow that does better when hidden behind walls and Blitzcranks ulti...I don't know why shes being played adc botlane. If I jungled I would play her there too. Idea of these builds? chasing. Shes a kiting god and has stealth abilities that slow. She wants to be roaming the map.
