I was wondering if somebody could create a custom Kuja skin for Irelia. I would be willing to pay, just name your price. (The quality of the skin will come into play)

I can send you a picture, and I'm not sure what kind of programs they allow. I just know that there are hundreds of custom skins out there, they just aren't what I want.
