I don't wanna be THAT guy saying this but unless you're playing in a Premade, you honestly can't rely on anyone. Just play champions you're most comfortable/best with and everything should be fine. Obviously that won't help you win a 4v5 if you have a DC but that's your best chances in winning a non-premade game.
