Don't forget that you can slightly slow his push and bullying if when he sends his ghouls you hid in a bush (they'll stop chasing you).
Focus on farming and surviving him. I think Mordekaiser might be able to counterpush just as hard and survive those ghouls with his armor. Kayle runs out of mana before Yorick does unless you go mad mana regen.
Nasus is best played versus Yorick by avoiding any confrontation (as expected), bush hiding, ghoul farming and regularly pressing shift+1 and shift+4.

Not sure if i only met **** Yoricks or not, but as Fiora top i just don't stop after he used his ghouls. Never let a harass champ get away with harassing, commit to the fight and do longer trades. Also, riposte counters his q, and its pretty easy to anticipate when he's coming in to q you.
