Hwo to counter Morgana.

Starcall will mostly laugh at Black Shield, she has enormous sustain, and she can put out a surprising amount of burst with an Imbue+Starcall+Ignite combo (best if you have Starcall stacks already, obviously.) Constantly poke her with Starcall, force the Black Shield, and slam her when Black Shield ends if she didn't back off. Finish with Ignite if it comes to it. Never stop spamming Starcall.[/quote]
