Hello to everyone,

i have a problem and i would like to ask for the anser. Yesterday everybody on EUROPE WEST has taken a free bonus IP boost of 20 victorys . The problem is that i haven't taken it , yet .
So does anyone knows why i donot took the free ip boost and while still dont have it. ( Its a gist cause the problems on servers )

( I am also on Europe West Server )

It takes time for IP boosts to be handed out to everyone. I got mine earlier today on my first smurf, but I got one yesterday on my other one. Wait a few days, if you still don't get it, file a support ticket.

I also heard something that the more active EUW players got first priority of other players, just wait a few days, and if you don't get it file a support ticket.

I'm in NA so no free IP boost for me. :(
