It looks like he will still be able to be played as a ranged caster, but I don't if that also means that he will be getting a complete rework down the road, a lot of stuff seams strange as far as reworks go lately

Viktor's getting a passive rework. Riot's already said they don't intend to do any major changes to his kit outside his passive. Everyone chill out and don't overreact to the tentative PBE "changes". Likely an error that will be fixed soon.

everyone losing their **** over Riot tags, my god. Is Teemo a support? Is Galio a support? No. These champions are not supports, the tags given to most champions are wildly inaccurate so don't **** your pants that viktor's now labeled as a support.
