Pantheon Garen lane vs WW and Alistar lolz.
Anyway, try igniting and exhausting him in teamfights. Was this problem purely in lane? Because Lanewick has pretty good sustain, but so does Garen so... If the problem was killing him in lane I wouldn't go as far as to say he has too much lifesteal. Garen OP nerf Garen.
Oh while playing Garen vs Warwick in lane, try aiming your faceroll at the QWER keys!

Only person I'm able to outplay WW top easily is GP, sometimes Vlad. I still feel safer with GP, I will eat some oranges and it will be k.
+ You guys relied on 1 time combos, ww heals them out whether you like it or not. You need some serious continous damage against him, GP works just perfectly.

Because his passive heals depending on the amount of magic damage you do, healing on minions is very effective for WW. If he attacks you his damage is reduced and he will not heal as much. The update to his passive = more damage, early sustain hindered.
