Bleh I hate ADC. I cordially invite(beg) you to come to my home in the top lane or jungle :D
However, I do play ADC sometimes, and I've found that
Jinx and
Lucian are both very strong and very easy to pick up. Both are free this week, so you can try them out and see for yourself :D
I'm no ADC god, but I have at least a decent understanding of the role, and so I made a list of the ADCs in order of ease, and a second one in order of potentness (That's not a word).

People who are not caitlyn players think she is easy to play, but the skillgap between a really good caitlyn and an average caitlyn player is actually astronomical. The floor and the ceiling for cailtyn is much bigger than an ADC like tristana or graves.
Miss Fortune is pretty easy and a strong lane bully, but she sucks at a lot of thigns right now.
I'd probably pick up corki. He's a dumb champ, but he's pretty good atleast half the time

Thanks for the Signature MissMaw!

Pros:
One of the strongest ADC in lane.
Good mid and late game.
Easy to learn.
Great burst.
Guns..
Fun to play!
Her passive makes it a lot easier to juke spells and rotate between lanes.
Cons:
Can easily be locked down because of no escapes (forces you to learn adc positioning)
Low mobility when your passive is down.
Assassins will focus you.
I played her on my smurf account from Gold V-Plat V last season and tbh I think I won my lane every time.
Well you'd be better off learning ADC on strong ADC's, because you're not gonna learn anything by getting stomped on low-mid tier ADC's.
Graves is both one of the strongest AD carries in the game right now, and also arguably the easiest high tier ADC, so he's probably the best ADC to start off with. Caitlyn isn't a good starter ADC, she's strong once you actually have good ADC mechanics, she's not so effective on players who don't know what they're doing. Lucian is probably another easy but strong AD carry.
Generally, what you should look for in ADC's as a beginner is champions with in-built mobility, and plenty of damage through spells.

what is the acceptable cs in 10 mins on beginner/intermediate level btw? 75-100?
100 cs at 10 is practically perfect but it's realistically only achievable consistently for great players in organized play. In a real game where you often have to contend with harass, all-ins and ganks screwing you over if you're getting 80 cs at 10 minutes then you're doing pretty well - even at challenger level solo queue ADCs don't usually get much more than that. For a beginner 70 is a fine target.
Also I'd go with

He fits the meta perfectly and he's extremely strong in it as well.
He's strong in lane, has an extremely strong mid game, and has a decent late game.

I'd argue against champions like
