Because there's a need to keep my pinky on Q at all times in LoL I just stick to remapped smartcasting, but in a PnC MMO I used to play I had up to 12-14 keybinds, all on my left hand (right hand was just for movement/targeting).

I never use item actives and on the rare ocassion I remember it takes me about two seconds to remember which key it's on.
I always put mine at 3 and if I have several I put them at 3-5.
Helps for remembering them.
Is it really that hard to reach Alt with your thumb? It's not doing anything useful during fights anyways, so you could make some use of it.

Honestly, if you're looking for a low price, high quality mouse, i would look @ the R.A.T. 3 instead of logitech or razor.
