I think your perfect champion is Rengar. He has a heal for 15% of his health once he has max ferocity and is just as fast and hits (i think) just as hard if not harder then Tryndamere and Yi.
Just make sure your not in my party because i like playing him too! Lol=)

Lol i wish i could add onto the conversation but i think all the awesome high damage champs with self heals have already been mentioned. SO, i'll just say welcome, and never be afraid to ask any question at all!

It's fun you mention Rengar Seese. I started playing him this weekend probably and found out that he IS my perfect champion : P He is at the moment my favorite all time LoL champion. I really like the look of him but especially his abilities and his lovely passive are spot on! And not to mention his awesome Lore about how badass a hunter he actually is!
Rengar is so cool and I just hope so bad there won't be any whiners *****ing about him so he get nerfed for some stupid reason without even deserving it.
But yea. He is a fun champion to play and I will recommend him to summoners searching for the same kind of champions as me.

I recently started playing LoL and I play mostly the champions Tryndamere and Master Yi. I think I like playing them because they have abilities to heal themselves and because they are pretty swift at the battlefield. I also like playing Garen but he doesn't have healing abilities though.
I search for more champions like them. Mostly champions with ability to heal themself but you can just make a list of which champs who has healing abilities and which heroes that reminds of Tryndamere, Master Yi and Garen.
