You just have to consistently play better than the avarage players of your ELO (winning your lane, getting as much creep kills possible, getting as few deaths as possible) and you will eventually climb the ladder.
While a really bad player will have a huge impact on the game and put you at a huge disadvantage, a really good player will also have a huge positive impact on the game.
You will always get trolls, that's unavoidable, but you need to remember you're playing with people of the same ELO as you, so chances are theres just as many trolls on the opposing team. Realize that, keep your cool and continue play your game.

The great law says that only your team will have feeders, trollers and leavers. So dont think you'll have the luck of finding an enemy team that plays badly.
But what Khazem said is true. Dont bother yourself if you lose. I know its hard, especially when you're about to win, but theres no better way. Just stay calm and play.
Try to do your best. Always. I believe that in some time, you'll start playing with and against players who are doing their best too, even in lower ELOs (I'm praying for that).

Try to be at least godlike at 1 role, at least you know you will be able to win your team the game when you het that role; when I get Annie mid I know it's a win 80% of the time.
Learn hot to get a decent team comp, having Mord, Oriana, GP jungle, Soraka and Corki doesn't give you a freewin. More likely then not you will lose because of lack off CC. Having a decent team at the start of the game will increase your chances drastically to win. Learn what team comp works and what doesn't and learn how to communicate this to your team and you will see your ratios increase.
Learn how to play 2 of every role at least fairly well. sometimes you will be last pick and you'll be stuck with that jungler/suppport role. Be that person that can pick up that role see point 2.

Advices;
-Win 500 normals, and have a positive win/loss ratio before trying to ranked. If you can't even win the majority of normals... Lawl.
-Do not blameshift. Recognize that nobody wins 100% of their games, it's not possible, but think REALISTICALLY if you did everything you could do. Sometimes a small error sets your team up to lose the game. Caught out of position bottom? You die and they get a dragon. Okay, honest mistake. Play well for 5-10 minutes. Get caught out of position trying to ward dragon (Because your team is bad) and they catch you and kill you again, another kill, and another free dragon.
Now you're down 1900 global gold from dragons, dragon experience, etc, and even if you're not playing badly and your team is doing worse - The fact that you got caught and died is what allowed them to do it.
Those scenario's snowball fast. You've got to be open minded as to if you're doing everything you can do. Playing badly is normal, everyone has bad games.
But being ignorant about it kills you- You'll never improve.
TL;DR:
Play your best, realize you can always do better, and don't blame your bad team for losses, man up and carry them.

If you play with a real troll who feed intentionaly, just ignore him with /ignore or press TAB and click on ignore. You WILL NEVER play with people you ignored, so you won't play with that person again, unless you unignore him/her. Thats what I do when i'm teamed with intentional feeders. At least I know i won't be teamed with that dumbass again...
+rep me and you'll get good karma, wich means you won't be reincarnated into a rock! Isn't that awesome?

But yes this idea has been discussed more than Pam Anderson's tits in a plastic surgeons office.
1. Play really overpowered champions. (It's entirely fair because you're attemping to make up for your teammates sucking so hard.)
2. Solo the top lane as often as possible if you're good at it.
3. Do not assume your teammates will do anything right. Which means you should take the liberty of being the primary pusher.
4. Play Morderkaiser/Malphite. They both destroy ranked games easily. Morde's probably the worst champ to run into, I've seen a good morde heal through an AD yi before. And I was the Yi. and my main role is attack damage. And I play ranked alot. Get my picture? XD
5. FIND GOOD KIDDOS TO PLAY WITH. You can play with one other person and still be considered doing solo queue. Have that guy be mid and you'll be in a position to severely own the competition. A friend of mine and I do this a lot in ranked. We'll duo-solo queue and be the most fed/farmed/effective guys on our team. He plays Vlad and i play tryndamere. The other team ragequits. We laugh. Good times XD
All in all it does come down to a bit of luck so keep trying. I once got as low as 799 Elo because I played so many leaver/qq'er games in a row it was ridiculous. I then brought it back up to 1206. XD So it is entirely possible to get out of ELO hell. Just play with one other good player.
