So, looks like assassins are your cup of tea.
So going off from your list, we also have:
Talon,
Kassadin,
Katarina,
Kha'Zix,
LeBlanc,
Rengar and
Shaco.
Going off from the
Lee Sin choice, there's also:
Jarvan IV,
Vi,
Xin Zhao,
Elise,
Nocturne and
Wukong.
As for high learning curve, we have:
Ahri,
Syndra,
Riven,
Irelia and
Jax.
That's a lot of suggestions for you to tide through. I suggest going in order of who I've mentioned, starting with the assassins. Everything else I've mentioned goes further away from what you appear to be asking for.

If you want to delete someone from a map you might interest in
Zed.
He is hard to mastered but not as hard as many people said.
Once you hit your Ult + E + Q full combo on some AD carry, that one is a dead man.
Or you might interest in
Rengar or
Kha'Zix, these two got nerf so hard they are not as overpowered as they used to be but still viable and fun to play.
Good thing about got over nerf is they might be a buff really soon.
Rengar can still hit his ult and jump on some squishy guy and he will die before he know it, no matter he use pink ward or not because his jump potential.
Kha'Zix now, must be played as a jungler, his W should be max first because his Evolved Q scale with his level, you may evolved Q first then E for better gap closer.
In late game
Kha'Zix Q will hit isolated target like a one shot kill with proper item.
I think you like a challenged champ that is somewhat hard to play and can deal tons of damage.
Lurk in shadow, scare **** of people.
These fit your style well.

Well you are kinda right, i love scaring the **** out of people. The primary reason i wanted to take zed was becuase of his killing potential, but ive seen some very bad zeds and thats why i was doubting the choice of buying him.
As far as rengar and khazix is concerned, i tried rengar in the rotation, and he is op and i love that leap of his <3. Im not at all interested in khazix. His skillset does not interest me.
After lots of debate, ive come down between few things. Morde or Akali on the 3150 ip and vi or zed or rengar on the 6300 ip. Or i dont take either and go fizz and lee sin or something.

Zed has a deceivingly high learning curve, much like
LeBlanc. Up until a certain point, you can play him and seem nice, but he requires an incredible W management and positioning for you to show you are REALLY good at him. Literally the only good
Zed I faced was GrandmistressD from mobafire, I've gone against Plat and Diamond
Zed players with skins who were boring one trick ponies.
In my personal somewhat biased opinion,
Syndra is one of the most interesting champs in the game by far. She has a good design, requires you to manage a lot of things at once and she has a huge kill potential at all stages in the game.

Out of the four, I'd suggest
Lee Sin because with wards, he could do a lot of plays, and his learning curve is somewhat difficult-ish.

*cough* how can you say that
Syndra's design isn't awful?

What do you mean about it? Her looks? I play her as
Justicar Syndra
for as long as I can remember :>

Well, there's the fact that she's a typical "dark female sorceress" trope, but it's mostly her outfit that I find terrible. It looks more like fetish wear than armor (with like a million patches of bare skin that may as well be painted as targets), but then again, League of Legends isn't particularly known for giving practical clothing to most of its female champions, so...

Recently i was able to collect enough ip to buy a few champs[10k ip]
But i cant decide on the particular combination i want to buy. There are just a few champs that interest me.
The champions are
I want a champ that is kinda hard, has a bit of learning curve and who can make outstanding plays.
Thank you for your help :D
