Same, maybe they could come out with something like a warmogs except give you a lot less health but, gives you maybe about 400 hp and 30 AD at the start and as you kill minions it gives you 200 extra health and 40 extra AD as you kill minions. of course it would be kinda like mejai's where if you die you lose a third of your stacks just to keep it fair.
Atma's Impaler is an AD defense.
So is Frozen mallet, with it's hard HP, moderate AD, and effectively synergistic slow effect.
(There's your warmogs with AD)

I do understand as well that AD have Lifesteal but if CCed they are screwed. And now there is Spell vamp anyway. Casters have great ways to mitigate and protect while still being offensive. I agree that its not that big a deal but id like to see one more AD/defense item.
