IDK it'll be interesting with on hit builds...But it's not going to be like IE is for AD champs, where you just have to have it otherwise you're not going to have the right amount of damage end game. Just something new to use, which is quite exciting, but not ground breaking.

the proc from sotd was worse than this proc yet it was still reliable. while sure you get a little less as you get some health bonus from ionic spark, plus the proc deals more damage and it chains to 3 other people.

I tested the Ionic Spark. You either have tons of AS to constantly deal extra damage, or its useless. The damage isnt that big too, I didnt think its OP

It'll be a decent item for certain tanky DPS champs, maybe Cho and Udyr etc, but that's probably about it :3
