F.Heart only with a rather strong AD enemy team otherwise I'd start with a catalyst as first item and later upgrade it into Banshee's.
And Runic Bullwark is a must in any game.

If you wanna try sth. you can max Phoenix instead of Tiger and buy Nashor's along with another AP item and fill the rest with a tank build.

As a tank an early Bullwark is amazing in Aram, also Locket can help really well.
Both items have a good mix of stats, make you tanky enough, have some sustain and nice Support for your team. One problem that tank Udyr has is that he can be easily kited by a some CC. One Taric or Mundo can screw your Initiation if you don´t suprise them by using Flash/brushes or if someone isn´t out of position ending up in you eating a lot of harass.
However Udyr can also be played as an Offtank with Items like Blade of the Ruined King + Tanky Items (Frozen Gauntlet, Randuins, Spirit Visage...). Good if you already have a strong tank in your team like Ammumu.

Hmm, the new Guardians Horn could also help. I haven´t really used it because most of my tanks didn´t needed the movement speed buff that I usully get in ARAM (Jarven/Zac/Mao, but it could be helpful on Udyr.
I would normally get one bullwark per team. It can help to ask your team who will get a bullwurk before the match actually starts.

I recently bought Udyr (to see if it will be worth buying the ultimate skin or not). I already kinda got the hang of him in Summoner's Rift, but I got him twice in ARAM (twice in a row, btw) and I didn't really know what to do with him.
I tried doing
Masteries I was going with 9/21/0, the 9 points of the first one being put into AD.
