Volibear is a tank, and he does enough damage as it is. ALWAYS get SV on Volibear(unless they have no magic damage, and even then, passive op). If you want offense, I normally get either BotRK or Shiv, maybe Cleaver. They all work with Volibear pretty well, but I don't normally get these unless I'm FAR ahead.
