Patch 14.23 is due Wednesday! Read on to get up to date on all the changes that are coming live, including four new Arcane skins, and Gameplay Updates for Aurora, Rell, and Smolder!
These changes appeared on PBE on the 6th of November, but have been slowly shifting over the past week, and may continue to do so. As such, keep in mind that not all of these changes may make it to the live patch. If you’d like to check any of the following changes out before Wednesday, hop on PBE and queue up!
New Cosmetics - Arcane
These long-awaited Arcane-themed skins are finally in the game now that Season 2 of Arcane has been released on Netflix. With Art 2 having come out this previous Saturday, Riot can finally show off several new looks for some of Arcane’s most important characters. This includes Arcane Commander Caitlyn (1350 RP), Arcane Brawler Vi (1820 RP), Arcane Shimmer Lab Singed (reward for completing upcoming in-client minigame), and Arcane Survivor Jayce (1820).
We know a few more Arcane-themed skins are coming soon as well! The upcoming Arcane Fractured Jinx Exalted skin is coming next patch, as well as most likely a Legendary skin for Viktor, and finally a complete Visual and Gameplay Update for an unspecified champion from Season 2 of Arcane.

You can also acquire the Prestige version of the Epic Caitlyn skin by spending 2000 Event Tokens in the upcoming Arcane Event tab.

Bounty Changes
Champion Kill Bounties
Champion bounties now grow faster from kills and assists, while their reduction due to losing the game overall (being behind on gold or objectives) has also been increased.
Objective Bounties
Gold advantages now have double their previous weight for determining objective bounty calculations.
