Keep in mind that there being few synergies does not mean that the support is bad.
Instead, there being a lot of synergies means that the support's full potential is actually inhibited by a lot of champions or activated by the synergy champions.
Few synergies means that the support is well rounded and less reliant on the ADC pick.

Maybe I'll try making some tier lists like this in the future, nice job :)
There may be few discrepancies since it's constantly variable, I generally update it every other patch since it's a lot to work through.
I used to play it with my duo for a while.
This list seems to focus more on "Best duos of this patch" rather than "Best duo synergies", so weak ADCs just won't show up at all while strong ADCs will make frequent appearances even for supports they don't have spectacular synergy with. It's not the best approach for teaching you what picks actually have synergy together, but it is the best approach for maximizing your chances of winning games by having some consideration for synergy while not recommending you terrible picks in the current patch.

I checked the tier list again and as you say, she's rarely mentioned.
It makes more sense now considering
its only those 4 though as theire cc is highly unreliable, lux, neeko work totally, taliyah is a hidden gem as shes an exception aswell due to plays and her high threat potential.
