The champions who are quite relevant, and are always very strong picks. Most are capable of going toe-to-toe with some S-tier picks.

The champions who are good at what they do, setting a middle ground for the tier list.

C
The champions that are a quite weaker than the above tiers. Some champs are rather situational overall.

The champions who struggle in the top lane compared to the rest, and have very few good matchups.
