Also your descriptions are confusing, you are putting both strength and skill ceiling in the same thing. "easy or hard to play but just cant preform even if played well" ?
Also i think pyke is just so one dimensional, it was more of him being so overtuned to why he was so strong, i could see him being at T3 at best because of how predictable he can be, i do think some people can play past this by peak knowledge of the distance of W and the Hook/E hitbox so yeah i do agree he should be higher
