Cheesy picks but have their strengths

B Tier Tier 4

Strong picks but take a while to get online/Situational Picks

C Tier Tier 5

Champs in this tier are outclassed by other champs or take too long to become relevant

F Tier Tier 6

They are just bad junglers right now or have been gutted so they can't jungle

Nice tier list!
I don't know if it's based on personal preference or what, but I personally think should be in the first tier, she's really powerful with a lot of burst and once she's level 3 she whips booty against squishies. I guess another part of your tier list could be situationality (I know that's not a word but there's no other word I could think of to use), so if that's a factor then I understand.

Anyways I played with and against junglers and I can really relate to your list, and I so want to play jungler and be good (I'm AD Carry), so maybe I'll use it as a reference, so, thank you :D
