This is my opinion on which jungle champs are the best. Tried to take into account Win Rate, Ban Rate, and skill ceiling (I.E. Lee Sin might be S+ above plat but below players normally dont have the mechanical skills that are required to make him great). Also the champs are not in any particular order in their tier. Just because a champ is put first in their tier does not mean they are closest to being in the tier above.

The Best Champs in the meta, you want to lock in one of these

These champs are still very strong but can not consistently perform as well as the 2 above

You can make these champs work if you put effort into them and know their kits well, but generally underperform

These champs are okay, I would stay away unless you are a one trick

C
Most of these champs are off meta and are played in other roles so I would never pick them unless you're trolling or having fun with friends
