This is my tier list for patch 11.24. Tier list goes from OP tier to C tier. Please take in consideration that you will not climb by just picking a champion, you also need to have a mouse and keyboard preferbly. Now this is my take on the current game state, you still have to learn the champion and do a correct build if you want to perform. Have fun.

OP TIER
Abuse these picks in solo queue while you can. These are some of the best champions you can learn currently to reach an inflated elo.

S TIER
These champions are very strong at the moment if used correctly, due to clear speed and ability to duel in the jungle and ganking opportunities.

a tier
These champions can work great but can be put in the shadows by most of the characters above.

B TIER
These champions should be picked when coordinated with a premade team or if you are very experienced with these picks. These picks will not work great in solo que and thus making them B tier.Â

c tier
These champions can work occasionally but are not strong picks in the meta and should not be picked up if ur serious about climbing.
