Welcome to my very first tier list on mobafire. Since i spend a lot of time writing guides and playing league myself (like 5000+ games, most of them as an adc main) and also watch a lot of streams and league content in the internet, i decided to create a "ADC TIer list" based on my personal experience including some research on winrate websites. I cant really say how its in Diamond Elo but for me as a ~Gold ADC player i can only tell my experiences from my point of view, so this might be more useful information if you are in lower elo aswell.
This is meant for players between iron and low platinum (dont feel offended if you are in that elo, i am there by myself) and should give you some of my thoughts about which champ should be played in low elo and which not.

S Tier
These champs will most likely have impact at any given time. While ashe's ult enables her team even when falling behind, MF has one of the strongest teamfighting ultimate abilities in the game and a super strong laning. Twitch isnt super hard to play since all you do is auto attacking but you can deal tons of damage and carry teamfights by your own.
A Tier
While Kai'sa, Ezreal and Lucian are super flexible options, champions like Vayne or Draven require a bit more mechanics to be successful than mentioned champions in Tier 1. Your positioning and kiting must be a bit better otherwise it will end up in a desaster. Jhin and ezreal require you to land skillshots but offer either a lot of CC or mobility and thats why they outclass the B tier Champions on this patch.
B Tier
Even though champions like Zeri, Kog'maw and Jinx can outdamage even the S Tier ADC's mentioned in this list, they are super vulnerable while laning and in teamfights. Since there are probably tons of kills given to your opponents team in low elo games, 1 assasin might be enough to completely 100-0 you if they want to which can be really frustrating. Other Choices like Tristana or samira must play super agressive to get rewarded for it and i would rather recommend a safer playstyle than playing super aggro in low elo anyway. Senna and Xayah play more like casters and dont have the best 2v2 potential in early game when an all in happens, thats why they are quite lower than the A Tier Choices in my opinion.
C Tier
While Sivir and Caitlyn seem to be pretty solid and save laners with tons of waveclear, they cause low elo players to constantly fast push and get ganked because of that. Theoretically you could freeze with them too, but it most likely wont happen and your opponent will benefit more from you pushing them under tower 24/7 than you benefit from "feeling stronger" in the laning. Kalista, Varus and Aphelios are just not really good on this patch and due to their super low winrates and high skill courves (atleast aphelios and kalista) i can't recommend them to be played in low elo.
