Views: 1058 Weight Loss Update 8/3/13

I think a couple of months ago I blogged about how I was unhappy with my weight. Well, five weeks ago I really started getting serious about my diet. When I started I was 116 pounds. Today I'm 107 pounds. I've lost nine pounds in five weeks. I know you may think 116 is not that much,but I'm short. I'm 4ft 7in and 116 pounds makes me looks chunky. My main goal is to get down to 95 pounds. That's how much I weighed when I graduated high school. I have been excising/working out everyday and eating better. I do have to say cutting out soda has helped a lot. It's made my skin clearer and the weight has been falling off since I've limited myself to one soda a week. I recently discovered a girl on Youtube that goes by the name of Blogilates. She has her own workout clothing line and such. She teaches you how to make good food. For example how to make pancakes out of an egg and a banana. Her work outs are fun. She also has a monthly meal plan. I don't do everything she says. I do eat chips,but smaller portions. I've been guying this brand called "Skinny Cow" and buying fruits.
Anyways,I just thought I'd share my journey. I would love to show you pictures,but right now I'm still embarrassed of my body. I will when I feel better about my body so you can see the transformation. I still have 12 more pounds. I'm so close but still so far away from my goal. I'm hoping by November I've lost the 12 pounds. I'm not looking to be stick skinny,in fact I had a nice curvy body when I graduated from high school. I just want it back. Before I lost the weight I use to cry so much. I finally sucked it up and started taking the steps to lose the weight. I'm glad I did :)

Just remember that there's nothing bad in having a bit of shape, as I assure you almost every guy likes *ahem* girls that got some backside and so on.
I've a fairly fast metabolism, so it doesn't matter as much what I eat. I go to gym regularly and have a few hobbies. It's your mindset that keeps you in good shape.
Even at 95 pounds, I still have some meat on my bones. If I get under 90 pounds I look like a stick,so that's why I think 95 pounds is perfect. My boyfriend loves this extra weight on me >.>; He likes super curvy women XD
How short are you? Because 95 pounds is like 43 kilo grams, which is not a healthy amount of weight for an average human being.
If you are over 1.60 meter high, then 43 kilo grams is underweight, then you actually need to get weight in order to be healthy :3
Master is right, I'm 1.4m its like the size of a 4th grader. My boyfriend gets weird looks when we go out because people think I'm like 13 XD People actually think I'm 13...I'm actually 20. xDDD
It says your suppose to weigh 87 pounds, but thats not including fat muscle mass age weight etc. Laci I think your goal of 95 pounds is great :3 I'm suppose to weigh 185-190, but i'm like 200. I'm a football and tennis player so I lift more then most tennis players, and i run more then most football players, so i look pretty werid. I got a belly but i have all leg muscle. >.< Then again im a guy :3 so maybe thats not unsual :P. But gl with your diet I wish you luck! AS i am in still my diet.
That's what I use to weigh back in 9th grade,but I was TOO skinny D: Yeah football players are usually over 200ib because of the muscle they have. Tennis is so much fun. Its too hot to play it here in Florida because of the heat in the summer months. WE CAN DIET TOGETHER :D

I am pretty sure that she is around 1,40-1,45m. I did not use a calculator though ;)
