Posted a Comment: Oct 12th, 2013 "From own experience on bottom lane I can say maxing Q helps alot more. The additional range just makes it easier to harrass without getting harrass yourself. Also Zap gets blocket by creep and has a casting time, which makes it a bit unreliable in lane."
