Jarvan & Armor Pen.

[quote=Lugignaf]Armor pen. is situational. For armor stackers you want percent armor pen. For not armor stackers, you want armor reducers and flat armor pen. and look at the above thing I posted. The amount of armor you reduce is smaller if you're doing percent armor pen. and they have little armor. You reduce more if they have higher armor and you're doing percent armor pen. TL;DR You want %ArmPen. VS Tanks and FlatArmPen VS non-tanks. I hope that helps[/quote]
