I really like using 0/9/21 masteries, skipping the MS quints and running armor seals(since 9points are required for Strength of Spirit, which is CORE).

dodge quints are pretty pricy for only being viable on a select few champions

Dodge is only viable with Nimbleness and Trundle is often best played with 1/8/21, so no dodge for Trundle.

Dodge seals are great at nearly any melee physical carry. I often use em with any champion that i go 21/9/0 masteries (Yi, WW, Irelia, Trynde and so on)

But seriously, dodge quints are **** compared to a lot of others, and I find dodge seals to be too expensive to be worth the price, while armor seals are dirt-cheap and hella-useful. Check out Searz' rune guide if you have any other concerns about runes, it's pretty helpful.
