So i'm not aware if you guys know, you can buy Viktor, hes not in the store but you can buy him from your champion page.

I've already tried this. It does not work, and says there was an error completing the purchase. I believe it's only there to show off his abilities/lore a little bit.

They actually delayed his release until later on this week . Just friendly advice for people.
