To beat a Yorick you need someone who can A. survive his harass B. Scale better than him into late game. Some Champions that do this are Riven, Kayle, Nautilus, Malphite, Udyr, and Renekton (Not so much the scaling part).

true dat but Yorick too has scaling problems hes just a pick for heavily harrasing lanes(Which results in winning the lane if the opponent dont know what to do against this)

Pick Jax and dodge all his harass :o

Then slap him for TONS OF DAMAGE and win lane.

Or Sion/ Nasus(if you're good) and FARM his ghouls.

Riven can stun ghouls and disengage. Trundle heals off ghouls when they die. Tryndamere gets rage from killing them, meaning he can spam his Q. Jax's counterstrike dodges their attacks.

Etc etc. :P

you beat yorick by killing him. i.e. stop sitting back and letting him poke you, man up, and go ballz deep on the dude. youd be surprised how many champs are able to do this.

kidding ,just play a manaless chsmp with a good sustain (trynd or lee sin)and keep him away from the creeps andgank him as soon as possible or just wait until he run out of mana

EG: Riven.

Against a harass champ you generally want champs that can kill.
