I remember when i first tried the nuzlocke challenge on emerald with my mudkip. I had fun doing it. Until i reached Norman who killed me with is damn slaking. I might be tempted to do it again.

You're not allowed to use any healing item outside of battle. Antidote, Paralyze Heal, Awakening and Burh Heal (or w/e it's called) are considered healing items. Therefore, Poison is your worst enemy in the Nuzlocke Challenge, right after Self-Destruct.
