What's the name of your diamond EUW account? You're diamond, right? You're not gold after like 65 ranked games or something silly like that, right? 'Cuz I imagine for an EUNE diamond player, it must be pretty easy to get diamond on EUW, considering the servers are of the same skill level. It would be pretty embarassing if you were still gold 3 18 LP after 65 ranked games, haha, 'cuz that's a pretty long time for a diamond player to get through gold, unless EUNE diamond < EUW diamond.
But that's a ridiculous, completely unjustified lie proceeding from the stupid EUW players, you're probably mid plat at this point at least.

I'm Silver on NA. I'm, largely, unwilling to do what it takes to carry myself back to where I started. This is because I don't enjoy playing particularly at this point and can't be arsed to try hard enough. Switching to another server wouldn't fix that, because it's about my mindset. I have pretty much given up, and nothing will change until I get over that.

I recently transferred to EUW from EUNE mostly because I wanted to be a part of the MobaFire community (Being alone with Janitsu in the MobaFire chat room isn't that exciting).
I haven't really thought about comparing the two servers in terms of their community, but it's nice to get rid of the polish players and I haven't encountered "The famous French ragers". In my opinion it isn't worth transferring because of EUNE's community because there's no server without trolls and ragers, you will probably get demoted in EUW too so that won't help your situation.
