After level 6 you win against Leona because if she hits you with her E you R immediately and she cant do anything and you go on the enemy ADC and shield your ADC and you should win.

Naut isn't really a problem other than doing so much damage for no reason. Bait out hooks and be patient and focus the ADC since they are squishier. Take Aftershock into Naut.
