Yasuo isnt a counter only thing worth blocking is R, Q can be but its not worth due to the 30 second cooldown. I can dodge his tornado with W everytime and get a poke lane counter his all in. Even if I can't auto him I can use E to remove his shield, since my Q is point click he can't use E to dodge my damage, he can dodge my E but I would only use it to remove his passive shield when I can't do it with autos. Really easy lane I would put it at minor or even.

this is such a nice guide on Miss Fortune! I like how you mention countless crucial details and information about this champion, such as a very broad rune selection and how to play in the different stages of the game.
The only thing I can imagine adding would be to amplify your threats and synergies roaster by adding more champions and some tips on how to play with or against these and maybe even a warding section since especially ADCs are quite vulnerable to ganks and a support alone cannot ward the whole map, it‘s a team task. :)
But anyway, these are mere suggestions and I really like your guide already.
