The problem with Vayne is that besides Kiting you, she does Insane damage, wich most of it is True Damage, and being able to Deny you with a simple E. I Suggest not picking Udyr if you see her on the Other Team. However, if you picked Udyr before the Vayne, go for Phase Rush + Ghost to Help you reach her and try to camping her to turn her useless for the rest of the game.
