As for the jungle start, always start at the blue side of the jungle since it's the fastest way to clear path. You can also start at the red side in case you don't want to encounter or fight a certain scuddle crab against enemy jungler

Blue Buff > Gromp > Wolfs (Use smite here) > Raptors > Red buff > Scuddle > Gank
Blue Buff > Gromp > wolfs (Use smite here) > Raptors > Red Buff > Krugs > Scuddle
Blue Buff > Gromp> Wolfs (use smite here) > Gank > Red > Scuddle > Raptors
Red Buff > Raptors > Wolfs (use smite here) > Blue Buff > Gromp
Red Buff > Krugs (Use Smite here) > Raptors > Wolfs > Blue buff> Gromp
Red Buff > Raptors > Krugs > Gank (Top) - (Back or invade) > (If invade) > Blue Buff > Grump.

Most of the times as Kha'zix You'll encounter yourself with situations that require a gank or a fight in the middle of the river, Take in note that kha'zix is a pretty strong assasin yet a pretty weak fighter.
The best way to fight is being alone aswell as using your passive / Ultimate as much as possible since it's your best weapon aside of your Skills.
