Introduction
I am a Veigar main, got him to lvl 7 and have a 75+% winrate on Veigar.
I'd like to share my gamestrat on how to succeed with veigar and help you all win your games easily from now on! :D
Laning phase
i'd not even try to catch people with E unless you're at high mana (or bought catalyst) or have jungler pressure.
You can look to roam to another lane if they are pushed since Veigar has an extremely good catch with his E. Roams are exremely effective if you have boots, ulti up, and your lane is pushed in. You can push in you lane easily with a W, Q, Q.
Mid-game
Combo: E *hit*, [GLP], W, Q, R. if that all hits you are pretty much guaranteed a oneshot if the opponent isn't a fed tank.
In teamfights your E is an amazing possibly game winning spell. If you catch more then one opponent in your E, Try lining up so you can hit your Q on both targets and center your W.
Be careful about not hitting any minions with your Q when lining up.
