Ability Explanation
Spider Swarm:This passive is just awesome. These spiderlings are op.
Neurotoxin/Venomous Bite: Elise deals base magic damage plus 8% of target's current health so this is little damage as human and spider form. As spider form you can chase enemy with this skill so I max this skill second.
Volatile Spiderling/Skittering Frenzy:This skill is just amazing! Yes in human form not a quiet bit damage so don't waste your mana as you are human form. Use this skill to bushes like a ward, in early game they will be scared and run away :D In spider form Elise and her spiderlings gains attack speed 5/10/15/20/25 per level passively. When you activate it Elise and her spiderlings gains 60/80/100/120/140 -per level- for 3 seconds and healed by 4 (%2 of ap) every attack! So with lifesteal this is just awesome.
Cocoon/Rappel:This stun is amazing for combo! It stuns the target for 1.5 seconds and has a great range. Aaaaand.... RAPPEL! Is awesome to chase enemy orrr block the incoming damage or escape :D But a very very long cooldown :( Is Amumu jungler and came for a gank? Wait. He tried to use Curse of the Sad Mummy but you rappel? Or Caitlyn came and you have low health tried to Ace in the Hole on you and you rappel? Cool.
Spider Form/Human Form: At level 1 you can be human or spider isn't it awesome? While you're in spider form you gain movement speed armor and magic resistance so always turn into a spider when you're escaping. You can gain maximum 5 spiderlings per level.

Core Items
Mercury's Treads: I prefer this item than Berserker's Greaves because you already have attack speed passively and no escape abilities without long cooldown rappel/stun. So this little magic resist and tenacity will help you a lot.
Avarice Blade: This item is great on farming also if you are trying adc Elise first time, you'll need this! Little critical strike chance works with the critical damage runes. It gives 2 golds per 10 seconds and 2 golds per kill. Keep it until you get 1000-1200 golds.
Statikk Shiv: This is a new item of Season 3, it was Ionic Spark and just awesome. Critical damage with attack and movement speed. This movement speed is for chase or escape you know it really works when you are in spider form.
Vampiric Scepter: Get this item as soon as you can. After Statikk Shiv works well. You can get this before but I prefer this later because you'll need attack speed or critical more than lifesteal. And it is expensive imo...
The Bloodthirster: You know this is the well-known item in the game. You gain maximum of 30 attack damage and 6 life steal per kill. This means 100 attack damage and 18 lifesteal. Works well with Skittering Frenzy.

Infinity Edge: You know every adc must have this item and I prefer this after Bloodthirster always. Built this from B. F. Sword.
Runaan's Hurricane: This item is so cool as human form. It's passive only works when you're ranged so it won't work when you are in spider form. I get this item because you don't have %140 attack speed in human form and this really helps. I don't get Phantom Dancer because I have enough critical strike but this is your choice. This item works nice in teamfights. In late game sell this item and get Guardian Angel because in late game you have to stay in spider form to be more defensive. You already got %140 attack speed!
Ravenous Hydra: The best item of Season 3 (imo). Perfect lifesteal works with Bloodthirster also 75 attack damage with incredible passive. I get this item at last because it is expensive. Built it with Pickaxe>> Tiamat.

Other items is your choice. If there is heavy feeded ap carry you'll get Maw of Malmortius or Mercurial Scimitar. Heavy feeded ad carry? Get Randuin's Omen Health, armor and passive works great. It is all about your playstyle and enemy team, this build is not standart. You know you can get Black Cleaver, Frozen Mallet etc.
