This is just a really funny build to do on vel'koz. WHY YOU ASK. well....

-Ever call mid and some guy just auto locks it instead !! SAY F U and play ADC VEL
-Ever queue with some level 5 newbs and wanna just have some fun PLAY ADC VEL
-Ever make a new account on EUW for some reason because NA was just being a piece of baloney because rito never made an East Coast server and now you are pretty much smurfing the Europeans

-Don't care about your team and want to screw with them PLAY ADC VEL :D
(disclaimer this list is merely listing possible situation an ADC vel might get picked NOT TELLING YOU REASON ON WHY YOU SHOULD)

Honestly the only time i do this build is when I'm queuing with friends for a good time and MY TEAM IS FINE WITH IT.

now to the guide :D

Pros-
-funny
-lots of cc
-why not
-actually has a very good kill securing kit
-true damage on all abilities so combos still do surprising damage without any ap especially early game
-If you are not shut down has an very strong mid game

cons-
-Very Squishy
-The itemization leaves NO ROOM for defensive items
-Must keep impeccable positioning in fight or you WILL DIE VERY FAST
-Very ez target for assassins
-not a very good late game adc unless your team is peeling you
-Still just a fun off meta pick and should not be considered a viable choice in almost all situations

Pretty much a slightly modified ADC rune page. I don't usually run crit marks as i prefer having flat ad and flat attack speed quints. This rune page is for those who never want to miss a crit ever. but honestly the 90% from the items is good enough and running attack speed and ad runes will serve you better in the end. SO GO AHEAD AND USE YOUR ALREADY SET ADC RUNE PAGE :D

Don't. If you do, you will deserve the reports your team mates give you unless you are 100% CERTAIN you can make it work.

KritKoz Works well with teams that can keep carries well protected in a team fight like MAO and NAUT. Just let the tanks do their job and zap squishes from a safe distance. Honestly good players will take advantage of your short range and focus you so best be with a friend with lots of CC to help you.

Use the vel q to slow running enemies I MEAN WHO NEEDS A BORK RIGHT. use e to interrupt their attacks/ combos and reduce damage to yourself. Use w to help stack that true damage while auto attacking and use r to SNIPE THOSE WHO RUN FOR COWARDS DESERVED TO BE LAZERED IN TH BACK

This happens to be the only 2 games i have score pic of sadly. (not even my best). These were both at a high Silver low Gold elo.

If you get some early kills u can just snow ball in the mid game really well. BUT it can just as easily turn sour for you if you don't know what you are doing
