According to the questionnaire you are in one of the following situations (or both!) :

In a lane that you will struggle to finish off your opponents Therefore you will focus on harvesting dark stacks which will become the equivalent of the item you would have gotten out of takedowns.

Against a team that can easily reach you to focus you. Therefore, during team fights you choose to stay stealthed until key enemy players have spent their cooldowns, or once an enemy is close to 50% health, capitalizing on finishing targets to revive your teammates and resetting your to stay mobile and kill more targets. One teamfight is all you need to catch up on takedown money. After that, you might choose to invest in a so you can participate earlier in team fights

You will be coming out of stealth a lot and, and guess what, counts as a dash! It's just too good to pass on, since you’ll be triggering it multiple times in a fight and it will force you to have the right mindset during battle.

Both runes are good, they both have the same results when completed, except that , makes zombies ward… (this is my personal favorite rune btw lol, and its so satisfying to by a control ward, killing it, getting away, making a zombie, multi-tasking can’t get better.

Pick if you foresee picking up or . Or if you like to have ready to secure kills on fleeing targets with your ultimate . You will also find the reduce cooldown on useful, especially since you’ll want to encourage your team to prioritize split pushing and ganking instead of teamfighting.

Akshan is an excellent ‘La Fiesta Level 1’ challenger. Never waste the first 1.30min of the game, you will often find yourself able to buy a or an early just to make the enemy healer be like ‘wtf’ . This might just transform a struggling lane into an ez win. If that doesn’t work out, don’t worry, because, even though most people think of this rune as an early snowball pick, it's actually also very useful to help you catch up on money if you fall behind.

Or pick if you anticipate that you will focus on roaming, and/or split pushing to then come fashionably late to the battle thanks to additional movement speed when chasing Scoundrels, etc.

Default Items

With the changes made in 12.10 where everyone is more durable, there doesn’t seem a need to get anymore, instead, if you need to be tankier when grouping phase comes, you’ll find that sufices and fits better with your playstyle that depends on getting resets on kills.

If you picked the ‘Patient Dark Harvester’ build for mid to late game, because you believe you will be heavily focused, then you’ll most likely get since

‘’during team fights you’ll choose to stay stealthed until key enemy players have spent their cooldowns, or once an enemy is close to 50% health, capitalizing on finishing targets to revive your teammates and resetting your Heroic Swing to stay mobile and kill more targets. ‘’ - quoted from the ‘Runes’ Section

With that in mind the only utility items you will need are items that will help you finish targets and items that prevent them from regening, such as grievous wounds, if applicable.

If the reason why you had to play this ‘Patient Dark Harvester’ build was maining because of the laning phase, then you might not need to get after your mythic. If you believe you can auto attack safely, then opt for a build similar to the precision build.

Precision Build Items

12.10 made feel stronger than (thank you twitch chat for inspiring me to get this item earlier in games) and if you find yourself not having to get you’ll see that is often better than . Especially if you are able to use all your cooldowns to finish someone fast enough to have heal you and reset your .

But if you find yourself lingering around once you went all in, and you are unable to finish those last health points off your enemy causing your to be left hanging along with your life… may be more useful than . Since lifesteal won’t be enough to help you survive being focused, while the 5% execute on that resets your and will.

Therefore the default items are the one listed below, in the order you will most likely buy them.

According to the questionnaire you are in no particularly hard match up, or you have a strong engager as a support, therefore is the way to go since your auto attack may apply two stacks of it, and by then, your shield most likely proced, making it a safe trade to through another auto attack to finish the press the attack.
