From the extent of knowledge LB is most definitely Ahri's main counter. Her mobility and ability to dodge ahri's skill shots can shut ahri down in lane hard. So my advice when matched up with a competent Leblanc is to roam as soon as you hit level 6 and try to get kills from other lanes and help the jungle, to help you get a banshees veil. Keep in mind you must be watching your mid tower's health no point in giving towers to them for free. Also Replace seals with MR
