Hey guys you may call me ViMAN and i came to mobafire just to help you guys to play vi like a boss :)
Also this is my first guide as you see and I'd like to receive some feedback instead of flame or negative votes.Hope you enjoy it :)

Take Armor pen runes for epic early game (10/10 games i get first blood)-quints and marks.
Also take flat armor and magic resist because you really want to get early good game.

Take 21/9 if you are familiar with Vi, although i play her as offtank i don't take full defense tree because it suits me better like this.

Pros : -Good damage throughout whole game
-Can melt down enemy carries and go away easily(R-AA-E-AA-E combo) and then q out
-Looks good

-People let you do whatever you want at start of game( presuming you aren't a troll)
-Master of top
-Shield passive
-Hard to kite
-and so on the list is almost infinite ^^
Cons : -No lane sustain
-Somewhat mana hungry
-You usually hear enemy whine how op you are(that is true but very boring :S)
-Will get nerfed hard
-Gets focused

Blast shield:
This is your passive shields you for a good amount of hp = 10% abuse this as much as possible - whenever its off cooldown use it in synch with vault breaker and excessive force to trade effectively
just bear in mind where their jungler is when you do this - you can see the behavior of your top lane and guess if jungler is near or you can go get that talent in defense tree and keep an eye out
Vault Breaker:(Q)
Your escape / chase mechanism - needs to be charged but when its charged you go as fast as supermaaan
slows for duration of channel btw
When escaping make sure you leap over wall so enemy has troubles when chasing and when chasing make sure you can hit em (duh)
Denting Blows:(W)
This is op and doesn't really need explanation :hit em 3 times you get what you want scales with target max hp so its a killer ^^
Excessive Force:(E)
This spell makes Vi epic
Bear In mind that it charges and mana costs
In top lane you can use it to harass over minion waves
If you use this skill too much you'll get out of mana so get blue buff if you know what are you doing
Assault and Battery:(R)
Epic ultimate ---> if one of enemy teammates is running away use flash ghost and this one to secure kill then q out

There are several deadly combos and its up to you to decide which one to use:
SITUATIONS AND COMBOS:
1v1 Jungle no enemy or ally incoming
Start with q and try to make enemy colide with terrain to make their escape harder-*use q duh* Autoatack then pop E and AA if you have triforce / sheen then wait 1s then pop it again now if you got more cs you have better items and did more damage enemy tries to escape you use q(ulti if necessary - enemy used ghost too)
Q-AA-E-AA-E-AA-Q
1v2(No allies or enemies inc)
This one requires more skill and positioning try to position yourself so your e hits them both-- if they are dumb they wont move and do same combo
1v3+(No allies inc)
Run fool you are op but not that much use your q to leap over wall
1v3+(Allies inc)
Try to bait out their carries to side where your allies are coming from :BONUS:- get them in line and ulti the farthest one you then use your e twice and go out if you are low on hp or continue the fight if you are over 40%
R-E-E(AA-Q-AA-E)

Early game:
you are strongest early game try to get first blood but don't be greedy 10 minute mark - minimum 40cs and 2 champion kills/3 assists-10 min.
Mid game 4-5 champion kills second turret damaged
Laning phase over: 2 turrets down: 6-7 kills 120+cs 20 minute mark
Late game: Stick with your teammates and let other people get kills if you achieved the above shown goals without too many deaths
Items Early game Boots +3 health pots
1st recall : 1-2 long swords if one buy 3 more health pots
2nd recall: finish brutalizer and shen
Mid game:
3rd recall : finish zeal and health crystal still buy 3 health pots
4th recall : finish cleaver and triforce
