Why?
*This build is also very risky, as it relies on late-game to begin to shine. It will see a massive powerspike late in the game. If your entire team is behind except you, do not expect this build to see its full potential.*
Pros:
*Safe laning phase if the match-up is decent
*Has global pressure and good initiation + nuke damage (Hehe, Heartseeker Ashe)
*Powerful single-target damage
Cons:
*Very weak early game (Pre-rework -esque]
*Inability to reposition well without taking care of the tank (but that should be simple)

Now,those of you with good analyzational skills may have noticed the focus in the build. This build is intended to utilize Liandry's Torment, Lich Bane, and the CDR the most. This build also gives a moderate amount of magic resist and armor.
Sorcerer's Shoes: Obviously, it's for magic pen and the general MS.
Athene's Unholy Grail: It's for the magic resist, and the mana regen, because that W is going to be spammed too often for you to lack mana in the middle of a late-game teamfight. Also, the CDR, because that thing is over half of your CDR (by "over half" I mean like 51%).
Lich Bane: Is it Li-CH or Li-ck? Even though it's officially li-CH, I've always called it Li-ck, simply because it sounds better IMO. Anyway, your volley, at rank 5, is on roughly a 2.4s cooldown. That's just enough of a window to use up your Lich Bane proc and prep a second. And bonus movement speed and mana, that's always great. Unfortunately, she can't use her built-in toggle to activate Lich Bane. Another viable purchase in place of this item is Nashor's Tooth, but I simply preferred to cast and attack rather than attack. The choice is somewhat situational.
Liandry's Torment: This item here is the cream of the crop, and the entire reason why this build has potential. Ashe, with her Q slow and the Lich Bane proc, can melt a tank very quickly, so long as enough magic penetration is in place. Also, if she initiates a fight with her ult, that ends up being 60% of the entire enemy team's health in raw damage, should you manage to hit all 5. (note: raw means before magic resist calculations). This needs to be rushed after the initial items, since it's pretty much her major source of damage. It should be noted that only Ashe's ultimate and Volley are the abilities of which can proc this.
Deathfire Grasp: The active, as it does percent health as well, becomes incredible in getting that pesky tank out of the way. Also, the cooldown reduction is very useful, as well as the AP.
Zhonya's Hourglass: Basic stuff, armor, AP, and the active.

Now, some of you are already down in the comments flaming at me for choosing this skill progression. However, hear me out for a bit. Ashe's
, at rank 5, does 80 + 100% AD in damage. 80 extra damage is menial compared to the 35% slow you'd have on
. Besides, the reduced cooldown at rank 5 is useless until you have 4 of the full build anyway, and it applies
slow, not its own. Max
second, then your ultimate, and finally the
.
could've been maxed second here before
, but since it's a flat 3g+ instead of up to the 5g+, it's best to leave it at rank 1.
This shouldn't even be necessary to explain, but I will make some notable mentions in case some of you are of low level and don't quite understand some of the mastery choices.
Expose Weakness: Come on now, your ult, when initiating a teamfight, will give you a massive damage increase should your team follow up. It lasts for 3 seconds, your ultimate stun and slow lasts for up to 3.5 (Everything in this build seems to synergize with 2s or 3s, now that I think about it).
/ Spell Weaving / Blade Weaving: This combined with your Volley will be tremendous. Simple stuff.
The CDR Masteries: Obviously, since the items give 30% CDR, there's no need for overkill in the masteries. It caps off at 40% anyway.
Arcane Blade: This mastery is only useful should you decide to take Nashor's Tooth instead of Lich Bane. The only reason I didn't include it is because I preferred points in the other three masteries Expose Weakness and Spell/Blade Weaving.

Fairly straightforward, so I'll just give a little explanation. No armor runes necessary, since every champion received a 4+ base armor buff to compensate for the nerfed armor runes, and since you typically should be in the back. Magic Pen for the Liandry's, Magic Resistance to compensate for lack thereof, and Ability Power. Simple stuff.
I don't even know if this guide will get any attention, especially from the mediocrity of it all. However, I do have plans to improve should someone show interest in it.
Plans, If Applicable:
Plans, If Applicable:
-
*Add Tips on Ashe-playing/Mechanics
*Add laning phase, mid-game, and late-game
*MAYBE include some gameplay videos, most likely never going to happen
*Complete revamp once I am in possession of a new laptop, which is hopefully by the end of June. Jhoijhoi's, as well as others', instructions will be used.
Woo, I've finished, and hopefully you've read it all. It's like, 1000+ words anyway. However, I am 100% sure there will be someone who doesn't like my ideas, and go ahead and say so in the comments, so long as it's not idiotically destructive, and/or you provide tips for anyone else who reads this guide.
Changes and visual updates will be slow and small until I can properly use the MOBAFIRE built-in tools (every change has been mobile). Also, don't berate me unless you give this a try, and I don't mean that 1 game in normals where your teammates go 0/60/2, and you say this is a bad build; play at least 3 games as this, and then make your judgments.
If this build ends up working, and somehow becomes some "Break the Meta"-level famous build (Entire f*cking universe forbid), then someone please feel free to make this build better, and with your own format and such. However, please link to this original source, and credit it.
*Disclaimer: I am literally Bronze, and out of a usable laptop. I'm also not an Ashe main, but I do know one to consult should that be necessary. This is also not a legit guide. I literally went 2/9 the game I played AP Ashe mid. *
