Problem here. Without Manaflow Band or Archangel's first item, you have no mana for half the game. Hextech can't replace Archangel's for survivability because it gives you no mana. This is why most AP builds see both in the build, or some other mana item off the bat. If you would like to stack tear early without any immediate upgrade, you should put it in your guide, otherwise it is misleading as to what your first mana item is.

Despite Tear being one of Ezreal's best choices when it comes to mana issues, Sheen/Manaflow band can offer much of the early game mana required if the intention is to snowball faster. It really comes down to if you have lane dominance or not.

Just used this guide to play around with something different....it was gross how much it shred. The burst is definitely unholy :)

WOW I just found this build while looking for some Ezreal runes I was extremely surprised of the damage.... then I went 16/4! Thanks for the free game <3

That said, this build is pretty strong. I'd never would've come up with " Dark Harvest " myself.

Thanks man :) didn't know this was a thing with item sets. Anyways, thanks for the compliment - now that dark harvest is being changed, we'll have to see if it's still awesome, but I believe it will be!

Great Guide, I think it would be a good idea to explain match up, why it is such threat and how to play against each champ. At least briefly

Yeah, well I did start on this is some great detail at the end of the guide for each champion, however I haven't had the time to fully complete the entire champion roster.

yeah I have seen you did some. It is kinda in depth explanation (which is good). But as I said it is good explain all at least briefly.
E.g Ahri "This lane should be relatively easy, so long as you use your Arcane Shift effectively. The main thing here is not to try and finish Ahri off with a Trueshot Barrage that she can see".

was wondering if you have a hi skill list like this for Ashe as well shes one of my other few character that i use. i main marksman characters

This guide is awesome, but 10% Cdr on ez is really bad, morello should be a MUST to get 30% cdr, its very important for an ap caster like ez that wants to spam his spells as much as he can

Hi :) thanks for your interest and feedback! I do agree CDR is an important stat on Ezreal, it's just often it comes at the price of burst damage. In higher elo, if you do not completely 1 shot the enemy, you'll often find yourself out of place due to the aggressive arcane shift.

So with regards to CDR - I do incorporate this into many games that I feel it is needed. Often times, if I'm confident in my kite potential rather than burst playstyle I will run the following:
CDR Boots (10%)
Lich Bane (10%)
+ Potential for 20% extra between Blue Buff and Mejais.

Now, if you don't want the risk of this style of play (really a gamble on the last CDR), then I highly recommend morellos as it is an absolutely amazing item and works a treat on Ezreal.
