Hi guys and welcome to my Aphelios guide! Before you read what a cringey emo girl wrote in this guide, I've never wrote anything like this before so I'm learning and I thought I'll point some stuff out first.

1. I'm not amazing explaining and I have troubles doing so (I'm trying my hardest I swear)

2. I'm not saying YOU NEED TO BUILD THIS TO GET TO CHALLENGER AND IF YOU DONT BUILD THIS I WILL HUNT YOU DOWN!! ( If I do hunt you down you'll probably mistake me me for a garden gnome)

3. This isn't my main champ. My main champ is Kayn. Please take my guide with a pinch of salt.

The ranged "marksman" that can do everything

Speciality: Confusing your enemies... and maybe yourself

Pros and Cons
PROS


+ Extremely high damage.

+ Fun to play

+ Has CC, sustain, AoE, long range and a baby turret thanks to his moonstone weapons

+ Great duelist.

+ Great champion to one trick.

+ Is a emo.

Aphelios is very fun to play and he is insanely strong while fed. He works the best with supports like Leona, Soraka and Sona; which are all very popular right now
CONS


- Hard to play.

- Not all weapons work together.

- Squish squish.

- No mobility.

- High banrate.

- Extremely weak to crowd control.

Any fed assassin: //points at 0/5 Aphelios// it's a free real estate.

He has probably the worst level 1 in the game due to him not having his abilities.
Summoner Spells
FLASH
Your only escape due to you being immobile. Everyone would be using this spell, if you don't take this spell your extremely easy to gank and kill.
HEAL
Adcs need this to survive but you can take Ignite if your support takes heal instead. Perfect for 2v2
Runes
PRESS THE ATTACK
The most popular keystone and works the him. It also give you a damage boost and works well with his 5 weapons. After this you Triumph then Legend: Bloodline and last Coup de Grace. Second Inspiration with Magical Footwear so you don't need to worry about by boots so you can focus on core items. After that Biscuit Delivery so you can stay in lane longer. You can switch to sorcery and pick Absolute Focus and Gathering Storm.
CONQUEROR
Perfect for those teamfights with loads of tanks. Then pick Overheal because you would probably would exceed your max health then Overheal would make this into a shield. Last two slots go too Legend: Bloodline and last Coup de Grace. Then sorcery using Absolute Focus and Gathering Storm for the bonus damage. If you want, you can choose Magical Footwear and Biscuit Delivery.

Grasp of the Undying hasn't got a space yet (/;w;)/
Core items
INFINITY EDGE
Every Adc's best friend (not Ezreal. You'll but this item first or Essence Reaver. You get damage and critical strike early so you can kill enemies and takes objectives quicker.
RUNAAN'S HURRICANE
With this item, you can increase the effect from you main hand weapon. So you can slow more targets with Gravitum, the Gravity Cannon or heal more with Severum, the Scythe Pistol and more waveclear using Infernum, the Flamethrower. You gain attack speed and critical strike and little bit of movement speed.
STORMRAZOR
Your auto attacks slow the target so yeah...more kills! Attack damage and speed with critical are the core stats for marksmen/adc's.
ESSENCE REAVER
You can buy this first instead of Infinity Edge. You gain attack damage, critical strike and some cooldown reduction, and a passive that allows your auto attacks give back 1.5% of you mana so you can spam your abilites more.
BOOT OPTIONS
You would mainly be using Berserker's Greaves most of the time but there are situations were you could switch to Ninja Tabi if its a heavy ad team.
Other items
Why would I make two item chapters instead of one? It got extremely long (wait hold on-) and it looked like it would finish in two million years. So there.

 LIFE STEAL OPTIONS
Bloodthirster-Your auto attacks can over heal you... works amazing with Severum, the Scythe Pistol and your shield becomes massive and a load of healing. You also gain loads of attack damage!!
MAGIC RESISTANCE OPTIONS
Mercurial Scimitar- //gently put hand on Mercurial Scimitar//this bad boy can make Mordekaiser mains cry!
If you dont know which is a high chance you probably did know, this item can save you from Realm of Death it's also great for playing vs mages with lots of crowd control e.g. Syndra

Maw of Malmortius- Magic damage tank destroyer such as Galio and Malphite.
ARMOUR PENETRATION
Lord Dominik's Regards- Perfect for killing tanks such as Darius, Cho'Gath, Sejuani.

Mortal Reminder- This puts grievous wounds on your target, so take that Sona, Yuumi or any healer in this game is countered by this item beacuse it reduces healing giving to a target

Guinsoo's Rageblade- Since you scale with ap and ad.
LIFE SAVERS
Guardian Angel-This is your only option... it's basicly life insurance... you resurrect when you die BUT it has a high cooldown.

Phantom Dancer-You gain a shield when below 20% health. You also gain movement speed after a basic attack.
Weapons and abilites

The hitman and the seer (passive)

→ You dont need to upgrade abilites

→ You max Attack damage, Attack speed and Armour penetration

→ Probably most useful things to increase per level

→ Would be better if could increase Critical strike :/
 Aphelios has 5 Lunari Weapons made by his twin sister, Alune (hi sisters!). He can only have two at a time; one main-hand and one off-hand. Each weapon has a unique auto attack and Q. Attacks and abilities consume a weapon's ammo. When out of ammo, The weapon disappeares (poof!) and Alune summons the next of the 5.

You start with Calibrum, the Sniper Rifle and Severum, the Scythe Pistol. Then Gravitum, the Gravity Cannon, Infernum, the Flamethrower and finaly Crescendum, the Chakram. One Basic attack costs 1 moonlight/ammo and 1 Q costs 10 moonlight/ammo.
Calibrum, the Sniper Rifle is your sniper rifle (duh). It is the third best weapon (in my opinion anyway). It works with the absolute terrible Hail of Blades rune.

Moonshot- You fire a shot from Calibrum, the Sniper Rifle which marks and reveals the first enemy hit. Your next basic attack on the marked champion has extra range (but unlimmited).

Severum, the Scythe Pistol-Heals
Gravitum, the Gravity Cannon-Slows
Infernum, the Flamethrower-Cone attack (larger if it critical strikes)
Crescendum, the Chakram-Creates a spectral chakram

Calibrum

→ +100 attack range

→ Can easily use Press the Attack and Hail of Blades

→ Can poke because of your range

→ -Works well with all weapons

Severum

→ Lifesteal works amazing with weapon

→ Basic attacks heals you 8-25 health (depending on level)

→ Works extremly well with Conqueror

→ - Works well with Infernum, Crescendum. Not so much for Calibrum and Gravitum
 Your lifesteal that doesn't cost gold so... YOS LIFE STEAL! This weapon is extremly handy vs champs like Draven Jhin. If your attacks exceed your health you gain a shield and The rune Overheal (sorry if that didn't make any sense I'm tired =_=)

Onslaught- Aphelios gains attack and movement speed for 1.75 seconds. Your basic attacks with this buff change between Severum, the Scythe Pistol and your off hand weapon.

Calibrum, the Sniper Rifle-Marks all enemies hit
Gravitum, the Gravity Cannon-Slows
Infernum, the Flamethrower-Cone attack (larger if it critical strikes)
Crescendum, the Chakram-Creates a spectral chakram
Your auto attacks mark your target and slow. Perfect for stopping enemies getting away so you can kill them. In my terrible opinion, this is the least best weapon because it makes your off hand weapon useless. The auto attacks are satisfying though.

Binding Eclipse-All your enemies affected with Gravitum, the Gravity Cannon get rooted for 1 second

Gravitum


→ Don't need to worry about your offhamd weapon

→ Slows targets for 3.5s

→ Stormrazor is this weapon's partner in crime

Infernum


→ Your auto attacks are a AOE (larger if it's critical strikes)

→ Works great with all weapons

→ Over all, the best weapon :')
The auto attacks with this weapon are unique because it starts as a firebolt while traveling then then explodes turning into 4 firebolts in a cone attack. Perfect for wave clear, poke in lane and in team fights

Duskwave-An attack in a a cone during the cast time your unable to attack. It give the affect of your off hand weapon.

Calibrum, the Sniper Rifle-Marks
Severum, the Scythe Pistol-Heals

Crescendum, the Chakram-Creates spectral chakram
Your last weapon in the rotation. Your auto attacks are like boomerangs. You cant auto attack after it's been thrown. The closer you get the quicker it returns. If you attack critical strikes it returns quicker

If this weapon is on the off hand the weapon on your main hands ability spawns a spectral chakras. These can be used along with Crescendrum to increase the damage done for your basic attacks. You can have only 20 ghost chakras out at once and go away if leaving combat.

Sentry- Creates a copy of your off hand weapon and it attacks it's nearest target and gives the effect of your weapon in the off hand. This ability scales with attack speed and critical strike :0.

Crescendum


→ Can creates baby turrets

→ Auto attacks work like a BOOMARANG (Jojp Siwa'a massive forehead identifies)

→ Works well with all weapons

Phase and Moonlight vigil

→ You switch weapons //jazz hands//

→ Moonlight vigil is your ultimate! Finishing move! //green screen explosion//
 Phase-ITS NOT PHASE MOM. You press W and that it.

Moonlight Vigil- Your finishing move! Main hand weapon effect all enemies hit

Calibrum, the Sniper Rifle-Marks all enemies hit
Severum, the Scythe Pistol-Heals Aphelios for 200/300/400 Heals depending on level
Gravitum, the Gravity Cannon-Affects enemies with a 99% increased slow (yikes!)
Infernum, the Flamethrower-A firebolt but it's a circle instead of a cone and creates 1-5 circle depending of the amount of enemies hit
Crescendum, the Chakram-Makes 3 spectral chakras depending the amount of enemies hit
