About this guide
Use the "Idea build" as a guide. Vary your build based on the circumstances. For example, building an early void staff and might be a good option vs a team of tanks or if your entire team is AP. If you have a lot of auto-attackers on your team, build Ardent Censer. It's very strong to be able to apply Ardent Censer to multiple people at the same time.
One interesting thing to note is that only Ardent Censer, Morellonomicon, and Sorcerer's Shoes have higher than average win rates on Lux. This would seem to indicate that Lux falls off a little bit as the game goes on, and that it's easier to win with an early lead and only the first one or two core items.
