This guy ***** on you. Fortunately, in most elos, he's not a threat due to player skill. Avoid fighting him and try to secure farm and outscale him. Go for plays he can't respond to. If you need to fight him, you MUST dodge his Q, otherwise your stealth is useless and he will one shot you.

Champion Build Guide
Level 6: Q or R
Q or R are both solid evolutions to take at level 6. Q is easiest to use and provides faster clearing and better dueling. R takes some getting used to, but it is extremely powerful when it comes to skirmishing and ganking as the extended and extra stealth charge gives you so much utility and gap closing power.
Level 11: W
I highly recommend taking this evolve in almost every game. It provides way too much to not take it. The slow is such important utility, granting you the ability to kite and zone. It also makes your W a much bigger almost undodgable AOE threat. It grants you additional waveclear as well.
Level 16: R/Q or E
Prioritize R or Q here instead of E, E evolve is fun and is very flashy, but it's not actually that useful in 90% of games.
1. Red > Krugs > Raptors > adapt
2. Blue > Gromp > Wolves > adapt
3. Raptors > Krugs > Red > adapt
By adapt, I mean either go to the next quadrant and do a full clear, look for an invade, or look for a gank. I only go for ganks if it looks like a free kill. Otherwise, prioritize farm. If you have a lot of lane priority and can beat the enemy jungler, you can look to invade, but make sure you're tracking them to know where they are and if they have camps to steal.
