this is the neeko build i like to use, it revolves around a bunch of damage and thats mostly it with the buld, just out putting whole health bars of damage.

a few things to note:

.keep an eye on your 3rd shot from your w passive
.use the 20% speed boost from your w
.try to throw your e through minions because that will root for longer
.use hourglass when you ult
.try to use passive when using ult

you want to using the e -> q -> auto combo, try to always auto after the e -> q to trigger electrocute. you should try to have your 3rd shot ready for the auto so it deals more damage. the e will root people for longer the more enemies it roots so that includes minions, jungle monsters and champions

if you want to e someone but they are out of range and you flash make sure you use your e just before you flash to cancel the cast time so it throws the e as soon as you land.

neekos ult is split into two parts the first part is when she jumps up and second part is when you go down, when you are in the first part of your ult you can do things like flash and use rocket belt to move forward to catch someone and if you have it you should always use hourglass when ulting in the first half. if neeko has her passive active it makes the first half of the ult invisible

neekos w gives a 20% speed boost when you use the clone, this can be super useful when running away or after someone and you can also use her clone to block none piercing skill shots
